Returns

  • Returns on supplies are issued by request up to 10 days after receiving the items. Please call before shipping any items back. 10% restocking fee charged.
  • Items can not be returned without original packaging. We must receive any defective items first before we can replace them.
  • Books are not returnable for any reason, no exceptions.
  • If it has been longer than 10 days since you received your products, please contact the manufacturer with any malfunctions, or warranty issues. We do not accept returns past 10 days.
  • Any used items may not be returned for any reason. We must be able to re-sell any returned items that are in normal working condition.
